It's possible to run multiple games as once. However, what you can do is enable family sharing between the 2 accounts so you always got access to most games on both accounts. (more like crashing steam, and force closing the opened games) #6.

If you have a decent machine, you can set up a vm with steam and your games running on it. Same concept (two games which require online authentication, both tied to one account), but you can play either as you want.
