However, i noticed that when i launch rocket league, task manager shows my amd card at 0% gpu usage, while my intel integrated graphics gpu usage goes up to 100%.

If you're just looking to play rocket league you can get something for around $350, or like some others said, just get a 'family' prebuilt pc and put a graphics card into it. Like the title says rocket league uses 0% of my gpu and is using only my cpu. This application enables you to play many directx games that your cpu will allow.

All my drivers are updated and i tried uninstalling nvidia drivers and reinstalling. To play rocket league you will need a minimum cpu equivalent to an intel core 2 duo e4600. Rocket league is one of my favorites of all times.
